Holidays at the Tavern scheduled for Dec. 8
Holidays at the Tavern, sponsored by Isle of Wight County’s Historic Resources Department, will be held Saturday, Dec. 8 at Boykin’s Tavern in Isle of Wight.
The event will run from 1-5 p.m.
According to the department, "The tavern is decorated for the holidays with greenery and period decorations. Stop by to visit with the jolly old elf, enjoy a few refreshments, learn a little holiday history, construct your own period craft and create a few memories of Christmas past and present!"
Tickets are not required and the event is free.
Boykin’s Tavern is at 17130 Monument Circle, Isle of Wight.
