SNIP spay/neuter van scheduled for Smithfield stop Dec. 18

A low-cost spay and neuter van for cats, dogs and rabbits, sponsored by Isle of Wight County Humane Society and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, will be in Smithfield Tuesday, Dec. 18.

PETA's Spay and Neuter Immediately, Please van will be at Keene's Automotive, 1802 S. Church St., Smithfield.
